Shipping Information

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3–7 days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

We currently ship throughout the United States and Worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Epice of the Caribbean is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or natural events.


Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are perishable and made fresh, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. This policy ensures the highest standards of food safety and product quality.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service within 7–10 days and we will be happy to help resolve the matter.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please provide a photo within 7–10 days of delivery. We will review your case and determine the appropriate solution.
Lost packages confirmed by the carrier will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
