My name is Albeatre H. Rocourt, and I am the founder of EPICE of the Caribbean. My story begins in the kitchen surrounded by family, and the vibrant spirit of Caribbean culture. Growing up, food was never just food. It was memory, comfort, and connection. It was how we gathered, how we celebrated, and how we showed love.
I learned early that true flavor comes from the heart. I watched the generations before me cook with intuition measuring by feeling, tasting with memory, and preparing meals with patience and care. The kitchen was our home’s heartbeat, where recipes were not written, but remembered, shared, and passed down by the hands that made them.
As I grew older, I realized that the flavors I had grown up with were more than ingredients, they were heritage. They carried stories, emotions, and the spirit of the islands. I learned that flavor has soul. And no matter where life takes us, the taste of home is something the heart never forgets.
EPICE of the Caribbean was born from that love, the desire to preserve and share the authentic flavors I was raised with. I create each product using natural ingredients, fresh herbs, and the same care and warmth that filled my family’s kitchen. Every jar is homemade, rooted in tradition, and inspired by the culture that shaped me.
Today, this brand is my way of honoring where I come from and of inviting you to experience the richness, warmth, and authenticity of Caribbean flavor. Each product tells a story. Each spice carries memory. And every taste brings you closer to home.
